Lida, Nevada by Alan H. Patera
Western Places Volume 10-1
Lida came in as an early camp (1873) just north of Death Valley. It was working into the 1880s, then it faded. It had a revival following the Goldfield boom in 1903, with new businesses lining Main Street. Main Street is still there, but only a few older buildings remain.
This book includes a map, many pictures from the early years, more recent pictures of the area, at least one newspaper account of events, and pictures of various stock certificates for mines in the area.
